When will my order ship? Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it? Occasionally, carriers update their status a bit early. Please check with neighbors or your local mail area. If your package hasn't appeared after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears? At NacreDrop, we understand the importance of comfort. Most of our products are crafted from S925 Sterling Silver, 14k/18k Gold Plating, or surgical-grade Stainless Steel. Please refer to the "Materials" section on each product page for specific details.
How do I care for my jewelry? To keep your earrings shining, avoid contact with seawater, pool chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics. We recommend wiping them gently with a soft cloth after each use and storing them in a dry, airtight pouch.
What is your return policy? For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during transit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
